We want your experience with us to be the best we can make it, so if you have problems with your order, we want to make it right. Here are our few guidelines:
1- Messages and message series are final sale unless shipped to you incorrectly or damaged.
2- Unworn or unused Meck Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, either in store or online.
3- Book purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase, pending no damage has occurred.
If you receive any of our products damaged, please contact us. We will be happy to replace them for you.
